The hotel is centrally located in the commercial area of Luohu District. It is about 10 minutes away from the Train Station and Hong Kong - Shenzhen border.

I stayed in GREEN TREE INN,SHENZHEN for 2 nights in FEB,2010.i MUST SAY THAT THE HOTEL IS REALLY VALUE FOR MONEY.Clean,friendly and ideally located to places of interest,food,shopping and Train Station.Well if yoy plan to go to Shenzhen I suggest you too enjoy your stay in Green Tree Inn

Nice and clean room. walking distance to dongmen shopping area. For all the malaysian who wish to visit shenzhen, greentree hotel is highly recommended with no disapointment.

This is my first time to Shenzhen and had stayed in Greetree Inn. This hotel is strategically located with restaurants, snack stalls and shopping complexes within walking distance. Transportation is easy, with lots of cabs and buses. The only fallback is receptionists can only communicate in mandarin. I also experience 1 unfortunate incident at the hotel as I have called for air-cond service. Everything is in chinese characters and I do not know what the button is for. A housekeeping guy came in but sadly, he was unable to help me. Next, a male receptionist came into the room and showed me a long face, banging the cabinet doors to locate the air-cond point. I found this rude and I have remained quiet throughout the process. After he completed, he just walked past the opened cabinet door and told me in mandarin that there is no necessity to call if nothing fails, with his back facing me when he walked out from the room. Lastly, he closed the room door real hard to show that he wasn\'t happy that I called up for service. Ii really hope the hotel can take immediate action on this matter. In fact, I have lodged a written complaint when I checked out. Other than this, everything is fine. To be fair, the ladies at the reception desk were indeed very helpful and nice, just that they can\'t communicate in english or cantonese.

It is more better if hotel Management could split the lift for hotel guest and office tenant staff.
