HAD A PLEASANT STAY THERE! ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. ONLY THING TO MENTION IS THAT PLEASE LOCK DOOR IF YOU ARE IN THE ROOM BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE A SHOCK WHEN SOMEBODY FROM THE HOTEL WILL JUST OPENED THE DOOR SUDDENLY.

Very good location, price is fairly low as compare to Singapore. I like the design of victoria style building.

1. By comparing the same prize of the other hotels in Shenzhen, Vienna can give me the best impression on the room atmosphere. 2. There is a big department store nearby which giving me much pleasant time in shopping there. 3. Both check in & check out service are helpful and efficient. 4. The prize of the restaurant buffet is reasonable in terms of the variety of food, soap and beverage. 5. The hotel provide hourly room charge in which I can stay one more half day-time by charging only a low rate.

Hi and thanks for the great stay. Everyone was wonderful to me even with the language barrier. The Gentalman at the desk was great in gathering my things and releasing them to my friends so they can bring them to the airport for me. The food buffet was great and the hostest that was on duty when I was there was a great help to this american. They were helpful in all ways possible, from speaking english to treating me wonderfuly. I will never forget her. If I ever return I will certinly choose the Vienna International Hotel. Everyone was great. Thank you all for that.

Stayed here before. So, decide it was a good choice again. I was correct, everything was as good as the last trip.
