I am from Austria, and at the first time I couldn't imagine, that I would get such a nice room with this cheap price for a double room. This is a very nice hotel with very big rooms and very big and beautiful bathrooms! They changed the towels everyday. The restaurant is very good there, and you can drink fresh made fruit-juices. Everybody was very friendly there, also if only few people were able to speak English. I stayed there for 20 days in summer, and it was great. Next time when I will be in Shenzhen, I will go to Elite Hotel again. (Shenzhen International Elite Hotel)

Thank you for your response on my feedback. We by no means hold chinahotels reliable for the mixup, but think that the issue was with the hotel in question. Your service was good and easy to use, and we will surely use it again if in need of accommodations in China.

On Chinahotels I spend a few nights in Sheroton suzhou hotel, I just like the luxury condition the hotel spread out, its rooms are very nice, at least executive room. I certainly will stay in Sheroton hotel next year when I travel in suzhou city.

Stayed at Qinghai Hotel three nights and truly enjoyed the hotel and Xining. The hotel front desk personnel were very helpful for info and extra things like an electrical adaptor. The bar employees were really fun and very courteous. The breakfast, which came with the room, was delicious and varied. I recommend a massage and a look at the stores. Prices were good and there's a lot to choose from. Rooms were spotless and modern. Room service and housekeeping spoiled us. The travel desk gets top marks from me. They handled everything I asked and I really enjoyed the prices. The carpets in the elevators even tell you what day it is for jet-laggers. Room prices were so good I got two rooms for our party of three instead of a triple and didn't kick. Highly recommended.

I've been stayed in Beijing Jun Wang Fu Hotel for my national day holidays with my children. We all like the predominant location the hotel has and the friendly staff. My son even ask me to spread another days in the hotel, maybe next time we will.
